For those of you trying to understand what on earth 5 minutes a day could do to improve your life, I'd like to share my recent challenge. Its only a challenge to myself, but I thought someone might like this idea. I do listen to A LOT of youtube videos. I like learning new ideas and perspectives. Lately the person I listen to the most is Teal Swan. She may not be for everyone, but in one video she talks about telling the water "I love you" and then drinks it. This also relates to the movie that came out several years ago, "What the Bleep do we Know!?" In both the film, and according to Teal, a metaphysical teacher, telling the water "I love you" changes its structure to form thousands of beautiful shapes, that in-turn make our body more healthy. I decided to see what would happen if I drank water fro 5 minutes straight while also telling it, that I love it. Its only been a couple days, but I like the result. So far, I am feeling more hydrated throughout the day, and my skin is looking better! In addition to that, during that 5 minutes that I am only focusing on drinking the water and telling it I love it, its a meditative experience, afterwards I feel more relaxed. Almost forgot, the cold that I felt coming on has disappeared, in less than two days! I like it and am going to stick with it for a month. What healthy, positive, or loving thing could you do for 5 minutes a day? What do you imagine the result would be? I'd love to hear what you come up with!
